A living liquid, fermented with 15 families of carefully selected effective microorganisms, brewed with molasses for a richer flavour with added herbs. Gluten free (less than 20 ppm gluten), GM, wheat, dairy & sugar free. Vegan and Vegetarian approved.

Purified water, bio live cultures: bacillus subtilis, bifidobacterium bifidum, bifidobacterium breve, bifidobacterium infantis, bifidobacterium longum, lactobacillus acidophilus, lactobacillus bulgaricus, lactobacillus casei, lactobacillus fermentum, lactobacillus plantarum, lactobacillus rhamnosus, lactococcus lactis, saccharomyces boulardii, saccharomyces cerevisiae and streptococcus thermophilus; and organic molasses (used up).

Directions

Adults take 10-20ml daily, preferably before food. Children take 5-15ml daily. One 475ml bottle is 1 months supply. Flakes and sediment sometimes form, this indicates that the mircrobes are active and is a sign of quality.
