Directions

Start by taking one capsule three times daily with meals; if the stool seems too loose, then reduce the dosage; if it is still difficult to get a bowel movement or the stool is too hard or undue straining is required then increase the dosage accordingly until the movement is soft and well formed. Maximum number of tablets to take is six per day.
