This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and should be read alongside them.
Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase. It applies to all orders placed with Health & Things.
What Are My Shipping & Delivery Options?
We offer several shipping options within the UK. In some cases, a third-party supplier may manage our inventory and handle the shipping of your order.
UK Shipping Rates
- Free Standard Delivery (2–4 working days) on all orders over £40
Orders below £40 incur a £3.99 delivery charge.
- Free Next Day Delivery on all orders over £60
Orders below £60 incur a £4.99 delivery charge.
All orders placed before 1pm (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same working day.
Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next working day.
Please note: All delivery and dispatch times are estimates only and not guaranteed. While we always aim to deliver as quickly as possible, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g. courier delays, weather, or peak season demand).
International Shipping
- We currently do not offer international shipping.
Other Shipping Information
- Orders are processed and dispatched on business days only (Monday–Friday).
- In rare cases, dispatch may take up to 2 weeks.
- If your delivery is delayed, we will contact you as soon as possible with an updated estimate.
For EU and UK customers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless otherwise stated, all deliveries will be made within 60 days from the date your order is accepted.
Subscriptions
If you purchase a subscription, deliveries will occur automatically on your renewal dates as shown in your account settings.
