Directions and Storage
Directions
Take one capsule daily after food, ideally half an hour or longer, or at bedtime. This may be increased to one capsule three times daily in acute episodes as a food supplement or as directed by a practitioner. Travellers - start taking Saccharomyces Boulardii for at least seven days prior to the start of your journey. During travel take the recommended daily dose, and continue to do so for at least seven days following the end of your travels.
