Description

Vital contains Vitamin D3 (lichen), B12 (methylcobalamin), K2 and Magnesium bisglycinate. Vitamin D needs magnesium to be metabolized in the body. Magnesium and vitamin B12 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin K2 helps direct vitamin D into the right places in the body.
