A combination of an award winning flaxseed, a rich source of the essential omega 3 fatty acid alpha linolenic acid (ALA), with a unique strain of live culture, Bacillus coagulans (Ganeden BC30) and the sunshine vitamin: vitamin D. Ganeden Bacillus coagulans culture can withstand stomach acids.
