Ingredients

Purified water, bio live cultures: bacillus subtilis, bifidobacterium bifidum, bifidobacterium breve, bifidobacterium infantis, bifidobacterium longum, lactobacillus acidophilus, lactobacillus bulgaricus, lactobacillus casei, lactobacillus fermentum, lactobacillus plantarum, lactobacillus rhamnosus, lactococcus lactis, saccharomyces boulardii, saccharomyces cerevisiae and streptococcus thermophilus; and organic malt (barley) used up. Agar agar, aloe vera, apple cider vinegar, chondroitin sulphate, citrus peel, glucosamine sulphate (crustaceans), Himalayan rock salt, L-Glutamine, peppermint oil, quercetin, rutin, sea water concentrate, slippery elm and turmeric

Directions and Storage

Directions

Adults take 15ml (1tbsp) daily, preferably before breakfast. Children take 5-15ml daily. One 475ml bottle is one months supply. Flakes and sediment indicate that the bacteria are live and active and so are a sign of quality.
