For beneficial effect, take one serving (15g) per day, do not exceed one serve (15g) per day. Blitz into smoothies. Mix into porridge or cereals. Soak in water and use as a thickener or egg substitute in baking. Sprinkle on yogurt to add omega-3 rich texture. Quick tip...Soak overnight in nut milk, maple syrup, vanilla and cinnamon for a delicious chia pudding.
