Description

Calcium is the body's most abundant mineral and is required for strong, healthy bones and teeth. Magnesium is needed throughout the body and supports restfulness, muscle function, energy release from food and relief from tiredness. Boron is advised for those on a restricted diet such as vegans.

As a food supplement for adults, three (3) tablets daily, preferably at mealtimes, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
