Spatone® is a naturally occurring, iron-rich water from the mountains of Snowdonia, Wales. Spatone Apple has added vitamin C (ascorbic acid) to aid iron absorption, and a delicious apple flavour. Gentle on the stomach, easily absorbed, convenient to use, daily-dose sachets, suitable for all.

Directions

To use, simply take it straight from the sachet. To get the most out of Spatone®, it is advised to take on an empty stomach. It’s best to allow a 30-45 minute gap before eating or drinking. Adults & children over two years: Take one sachet daily. Pregnant women: Take two sachets daily.
